Lexie Forsythe is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist committed to fostering safety and empowerment in therapy. She believes everyone has the tools to grow and aims to help clients discover them. Lexie has experience working with individuals of all ages. She has a special passion for supporting children, particularly those who are neurodivergent (ADHD/Autism Spectrum Disorder). Her own experiences with neurodivergence enhance her compassionate approach, ensuring clients feel seen and valued. Lexie is also pursuing certification as a registered play therapist through Heartland Play Therapy, focusing on helping children and guiding parents to understand and validate their feelings, fostering connection through an attachment-based approach.
