Daisy is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas and went on to obtain her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Wichita State University. She also completed the Graduate Certificate Program in Play Therapy at WSU and specializes in play therapy with children ages 3 and up. She also utilizes sand tray therapy, solution focused brief therapy, family therapy, EMDR, and cognitive behavioral therapy in her work with individuals and families. Daisy provides services to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds and of various ages. Her areas of focus include, but are not limited to: Complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, parenting, problem behaviors, stress management, self-regulation, attachment difficulties, and life adjustment problems. She is a member of the American Counseling Association and the Association for Play Therapy.
